 Welcome to the Gainesville District. We are a branch of the Church Of God By Faith founded in 1914 in Jacksonville, Florida by Crawford Bright, John Bright, Aaron Matthews, Sr. and Nathaniel Scippio.
We have been serving the City of Gainesville, Florida and surrounding cities for more than 70 years. It is our quest to minister to current and prospective members in as many ways as possible. We are honored that you have stopped by. If you are a current member we aim to keep you informed on District and National events; and events pertaining to the 16 churches on this district.
