Registration Form Deadline with $25 Fee: Saturday, October 14, 2017
All raised monies will be due the day of the event

NOTE:  Each GD Local Church is asked to enter a candidate. Churches with no candidates, are ask to make a minimum contribution of $100 to the Gainesville District Women's Ministry by the October 14th deadline. All proceeds will benefit the Mother Cora L Williams Scholarship Fund. 
 
Parents and guardians please take note of the following important information, please review the age appropriate question for your daughter that will be participating as a Debutante. Please prepare her to answer the questions as these questions will be asked in front of the aud ience. The dress attire for this occasion is a white semi-formal dress. The young ladies are urged to dress modestly and with style and taste. If you have an escort in mind , please provide us with his name and relation to the debutante. His dress attire will be a white shirt, black jacket and black pants. If you do not have an escort, we will have escorts on hand.

Ages 5 - 10 are asked to bring a
hand-drawn picture of their family.
Their picture will be placed on display.		 How does God provide for you and your family?

 		 Where is God during a crisis or when bad things happen to good people?

their confidence in front of the
audience.

their poise and posture.

Amount of money raised for the scholarships will be a certain percent of
